With over 20 years’ experience working as a trade qualified boilermaker and managing labour hire companies, Scott Chapman and Matilda Chapman founded Champ Resources Pty Ltd – a family-owned and operated recruitment and labour hire business for the mining, manufacturing, and construction sectors in Central Queensland.
