Unless the event is restricted to guests aged 18 years and over, children are welcome at all events. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We encourage patrons to consider leaving their pram at home, however, should you wish to bring it, please note it cannot be stored in walkways.  Oversized prams unable to be stored under seats cannot be bought into the Arena Stadium area.  Patrons who leave items in unsecured locations do so at their own risk.

Yes, there is a baby change table available in the female toilets on the ground level under the Arena stadium seating.

Yes, our objective was to ensure that everyone who comes to GBRA, regardless of age, gender or ability, has equal access to enjoyment of entertainment, services and information.

• equitable access to all levels, including multiple entry points for IRUA (Individual Requiring Universal Access) from Kippen and Juliet Streets, and to the players and broadcast building.

Umbrellas are permitted in the Arena but must not be opened or raised in the seating areas or concourses at any time. We recommend patrons bring ponchos or rain jackets for use inside the venue.

The Arena is all ages, however, if you are attending an event that has age restrictions you may need to show a valid ID upon entry. You may also be asked to show ID to purchase alcohol.

For ticketed events, only valid tickets purchased through authorised websites and selling agents will be guaranteed access to the Arena. How to buy will be detailed within the information about each event. If you have purchased a ticket through an unauthorised seller you may be denied entry and should consult the seller directly.

There are no tickets available for purchase face to face at the Arena.

Retain your event ticket at all times. Patrons with tickets purchased at a concessional price must have available on entry into the Arena proof of age or other documents justifying such concession. Patrons may not be admitted if their tickets are damaged or defaced or their tickets have not been purchased from an authorised ticket agent.

When there are events with allocated seating, please respect your fellow fans and remain in the seat indicated on your ticket.

We have available at all times designated First Aid Officers. These are clearly sign posted on event and game fixture days. St Johns Ambulance will also be available on days when major events and game fixtures are in play.

Children who have become separated from their parents/guardians will be escorted by Arena staff to a designated lost child point. These will be signed posted on event and sporting fixture days at the following locations: Harrup Park Reception, GBRA Reception and allocated First Aid Tents if erected.

All property that is found, or handed in, is retained for 30 days after the event. If the property contains contact information or ID the owner will be contacted as soon as practicable by GBRA staff.

Any property that remains unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to local charities.
